Holiday Inn Berlin Airport - Conference Centre by IHG

The staff was helpful

Rooms were too small

Convenient location to the airport. Bus stop is just outside the hotel to take you to the train station which is a 8-10 minute bus ride. I would recommend doing this option as it is a long 1km walk to the train station by foot. Staff were excellent and has great variety of breakfast options. Also I had dinner included with this package which is a limited menu option and not buffet style like breakfast. I had recommendations from staff that were very accomodating to me and my partner's dietary needs and made adjustments according to what we wanted and didn't want. Very friendly staff and easy to speak with. We had no issues with our executive room, it was clean and had everything we wanted for 2 nights. If you want to go to the airport, take the Uber rather than the taxi as it is cheaper. This hotel was perfect for our 2 night stay and we would happily come again =)

Limited menu option for dinner.
