The staff was amazing. Very kind, very helpful with any question we had. The hotel was immaculately clean. The locatiin close to the park was great. The restaurant was large enough, so that it wasn't packed even when the hotek was full.

The mattresses were a bit too soft for us. The pillows were impossible to sleep on. They were way too soft, and even when I tried to sleep on three of them - it didn't work. We ended up buying two firmer pillows in a store in order to be able to sleep. The water in the bath didn't drain well. It was way too hot in the room, but the AC was set to heating mode, so that didn't really help. And since there is no way to actually open the windows, there was not much we could do. There is not really enough place to store the clothes. If you come for only one or two nights, the closet would probably be ok. But if you come for a whole week, like ourselves, you find yourselves leaving your things in your luggage and having to start digging in any time you're looking for a garment.

Piękny hotel, w niezwykłym pełnym zieleni otoczeniu, w starej części miasta. Duży i wygodny pokój z przestronną, b.czystą łazienką, Wspaniale i b.urozmaicone śniadanie, wygodny i niedrogi podziemny garaż.

Wszystko OK, bez uwag krytycznych

Dobra lokalizacja, przy parku oraz stosunkowo niedaleko od autostrady, dzięk czemu jest dobrym miejscem na nocleg w trasie. Bardzo dobre śniadanie, duży wybór. Serdeczny personel. W garażu podziemnym kilka stanowisk do ładaowania EV/hybride plug-in, wliczone w cenę za parking, co jest dodatkowym plusem.

Hotel ma swoje lata, i to widać, ale problemem są wykładziny w fatalnym stanie - sa bardzo zaniedbane, masę plam i zacieków.

good breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms, good value for money

the attidude of the staff its terrible. its not normal to keep waiting all the family in the lobby for more than one hour at the night time because they have troubles with booking com. They can see the reservation, that the reservation is paid, that two rooms are booked, but they cant give the rooms because they dont know which rooms should be given and for the guy responsible for that its better to work in the bar without any atention to the clients or searching for a solution.
