Hotel Kurpfalzstuben

Location perfect, 3 minutes' walk from the railway station and on the edge of the town centre. About the only charming old building still standing in the area. Lovely little old-fashioned family hotel feel, with absolutely delightful ladies running it. Comfortable, spotlessly clean rooms with a little Juliet balcony on to main road but sheltered by trees. Good windows keeping noise out. Beautiful quaint breakfast room with a little fairy figurine on each table. Excellent breakfast served to the table, with a selection of breads, juice, little individual pots of yoghurt, muesli, fresh fruits, freshly made eggs to order, teas, coffee, hit chocolate etc. It could be in an Agatha Christie novel, a real delight!

No lift, not a problem for us, but not ideal for anyone with difficulty lugging luggage!
