Great location for train station and town centre.
Spacious rooms.
Well tended gardens and grounds.
Very slippery showers. Needs a non slip surface.

Stunning location and view
A bit dated interior but if you know it then you see the classical side

breakfast was good. the view from the restaurent is great.
there could be a shuttle service from the hotel to the city centre.
6 / 10Średni·sie 2026
The rooms were a long way from the main reception and the breakfast area. We were travelling with two grandmas (80 years plus) so accommodation much nearer to the main building would have been better. The building looked like it needed a repaint. Our room had aircon in the living room but not in our bedrooms. The restaurant at the hotel was very expensive and the quality not as good as other restaurants we visited in Lugano.
