Beautiful hotel in a nice area. The bed was not as comfortable as I would have liked but the room itself was nice and spacious and had a mini fridge! (which is incredibly rare for Europe)
The bathroom set up was very weird. The shower was just kind of in an alcove in the wall with no real door or privacy except a white sheer curtain, which is fine for a couple but for friends/family/ groups it’s less than ideal

The room was nice, the breakfast was nice, the location was perfect
The staff didn't knew where the wellness was in the hotel, they kept sending me to other staff...no bathrobe provided, also not when asked at the reception. 90% of the choices on the menu were not available, they kept coming back after 15 minutes, no this one is also sold out, 15 minutes later: this we also don't have. Crazy.
