The hotel was comfortable and in a convenient location, staff were polite and helpful. The convenience of switching between Line 1 and Line 11 on the Shenzhen Metro was a big plus combined with a good quality hotel.
The facilities were well maintained and clean but aging. The hand held shower nozzle is placed at a strange angle where it would spray water completely straight and not angled down like a conventional shower nozzle, making showering slightly awkward.

Staff was Helpful, may be the language was a barrier somehow as the English is not a common language there, so some lack in communication will be happening
i liked every think, may be we may consider other option from different cuisines in the breakfast

Nice location and view of the surrounding area.
Smoky smell in the room, breakfast was not at 5 star level and pool was closed 9-5 without prior notice.
