Belle Epoque Hotel Victoria & Apartments

A typical traditional mountain Swiss hotel, that demonstrates that tradition can be combined with modernity to optimize the guest experience. Loved the size of the room, the quality of the mattress, the coffee and tea making facilities in the room, the breakfast selection and the freshness of the ingredients used, the easy going restaurant and the food quality and of course the easy access from the railway station. There is a bus stop just in front of the hotel and the guest card you receive at check-in gives you free access to local bus tours as well as price reduction to several other services in the station

Super nice and helpful staff, eg Eleanor in reception. Very comfy beds and duvets, cozy style rooms in chalet section, excellent breakfast with mountain views, great setting.

Great location! The staff is amazing, good assortment of food at breakfast, clean room. Nice restaurant to finish your day with a drink at the terrace.

Old carpet, dirty and stained chairs in the room, water in the shower was impossible to regulate, would go from super cold to warm to super hot.
