Hotel Berliner Hof by Coffee Fellows Hotels

One of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at recently, and definitely one of the hotels that places the greatest emphasis on customer satisfaction. The cleanliness and overall tidiness deserve special recognition. The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist with anything I needed. Their genuine focus on making guests feel comfortable made a very positive impression on me. I also really appreciated the fact that coffee and water are available free of charge and without limits. Another thoughtful detail is the special ramp at the entrance, which makes it easy to bring in wheelchairs, strollers, and luggage. These small but important details clearly show how much the hotel cares about the comfort and accessibility of its guests. The location is another major advantage. After getting off the train at the station, I didn’t even need to order a taxi — the hotel was only about a five-minute walk away. Overall, I was very impressed with this hotel. The cleanliness, excellent service, extremely helpful staff, guest-focused approach, convenient location, and thoughtful details all made my stay very enjoyable. I would definitely be happy to stay here again and highly recommend it.

Everything was simply perfect

The room was nice and comfortable, and the breakfast was good.

There was no shower gel in the bathroom. The information about parking on the hotel’s website was not very clear, and the receptionist did not give us clear instructions about where to park or which elevator to use to get to our room.

Breakfast is very good, I came to Hotel arr 22.sm in the morning and It was very convenient for ne that Hotel zbetliner was situated very bear to the Kiel Main station.

I prefer that at least one of your staff personal is available for late and night check ins. Because at nights we have to check in online, it's a bit probkem if you miss some thing you gave to call Hotel and if a foreigner co es, he might have difficulties to Mobile pho e connectoo s and WiFi, I Tarbet at that time.

friendly staff, nice big and clean rooms. location is key here. the hotel is right next to the local train and bus station so getting around town with public transport couldn’t be easier. the hotel is also right next to a big shopping centre with great shops of all kind. was lucky to get one of the six parking spots behind the hotel, so that was great too.

breakfast was very disappointing. I’m a sucker for a great and various hotel-breakfast, but there weren’t any eggs of any kind, omelette, scrambled, boiled, whatsoever and no fresh fruit. there were two types of bread, toast, some yoghurt, canned fruit and some toppings for the bread like cheese, ham, sausage. also there were only 6 parking spots for the hotel, so you had to be lucky to get one. parking is 10€ per night in one of these.
