Hotel Bernstein

Zachwyciły mnie śniadania- świeże, omlety , naleśniki przygotowywane na zamówienie. Pyszna kawa w różnych rodzajach. Jedzenie śniadania było przyjemnością. Na pochwałę zasługują Panie obsługujące. ❤️

Brak klimatyzacji - to można by zrobić w pokojach

Very clean and good facilities. The pool area is really nice and the view from the terrace is wonderful. Excellent breakfast choices with options to sit inside or on the terrace.

Location, breakfast, spacious room. Fantastic view from the terrasse, direct access to the pedestrian street and the famous Sellin Pier.

I forgot to cancel another booking made in another platform and rebooked our stay on Booking. The hotel did not reach out to me for reminding but charged me with a 90% non-show up penalty instead. I would have appreciated more attention and flexibility, as my case was different, accidental double booking. Even if I was satisfied otherwise, can’t recommend the hotel. If they’ve done this, you can’t expect fairness in other critical cases either.

Pool and Sauna are very nice but should be booked for only an hour.

My suite was the farest from see view on the side of the Hotel. Even after asking for another room, they did not help and got unfriendly. Anyways there are so many high trees in Front of the Hotel that you can not see much the Ocean. There is no entertainment for kids, like 0! And many old people as guests who seems to be very disturbed by them. Kids get very bored. Less towels than we needed in the room, no towels for my kid and no towels for sauna and pool. Also downstairs in the stations no towels are available. Breakfast was not good for a 4 stars. Aweful taste of salmon, for instance.
