Breakfast was outstanding. Room was excellent. Good location.

When I arrived I was told all my bookings were cancelled.. They weren’t. So I had to rebook despite the fact I had prints outs. The hotel internet was too slow so I couldn’t show them through booking.com and I hadn’t configured my eSIM at that stage. So I had to pay for a new booking and spend the next several hours sorting it out with booking.com. They said no indeed I hadn’t canceled. I never go to the bottom of what went wrong. A few nights later someone at the front desk spoke to me about the mix uo and he couldnt understand it either despite talking on the phone with staff member who was involved in the mix up. The important thing was that booking.com sorted it out despite not getting any answer as to what went wrong.

The room was very clean so special thanks to Mr Peng who looks after the fourth floor while I was staying in the hotel. The reception desk staff were very friendly and efficient.

It's clean, the breakfast is good

The location is so bad, nothing is close to you after 10 pm everything is closed. The neighbour where the hotel is located is scary and dark
