Good hotel, it’s used for large events so quiet when we stayed for a stop over. Signal Iduna Park on the door-strep. Great location for stop over as just off the autobahn and major roads.
Having a refurb in places and the event focussed business made it feel a little ‘deserted’ - but we knew what we were getting.

We have stayed in many locations for Dortmund games, this hotel had three times larger rooms, more am7 than other places we have stayed, we will,stay here from now on.
Beds were not as comfortable as we are used to, good be personal choices

Location is great, rooms are huge, very friendly staff, good bang for buck
It looks dated and the new part of the hotel seems like it was assimilated by force :), the room equipment is kind of very basic, the room airco seems like a hamster is blowing through a straw.

it was very near the Westfalenhallen which is where I was attending a concert.
in the middle of nowhere!! no shops near at all. heating wasn’t working in my room and by mid evening it was really cold. Went down to reception and was told nothing could be done until the next day ☹️ so I had to stay in a very cold room overnight.

"Close to the messe. Quiet and well isolated from sounds and noise. Tidy and clean. Beds comfortable, nice rooms. Excellent staff. Nice lobby to work and good breakfast."
