Room was of good size and hotel is located about 12 minutes walk from Xiwan metro station and the cluster of malls by this metro. As such, it was easy to get around. Also, it's just 2 metro stops to TienAnMeng square area and three stops to the walking street, Wanfujing. Breakfast was decent enough and have enough choices to meet most palates.

Hotel is starting to show it's age but it has to be said, all things are functioning. It just feel 'aged' a bit.

The location of the hotel is central and super, not far from Tian An Men Square, a huge shopping center and Metro station are 5 minutes walk. The staff in the hotel are very helpful and knowledgeable about Beijing. Breakfast are excellent.

Situated about 15 minutes walk from Xidan Metro station and also the shopping area of same. Plenty of restaurants to choose from albeit most of them are inside the Malls. The famous Siji Minfu Peking duck place is sited in one of these malls. The hotel is also near to Xuanwumen metro. As such, it's within easy reach of transportation. It's only three stops away from the Wanfuching's pedestrian street from xidan station. Breakfast is ample and good enough with quire a good variety. The room is generally clean. Do be careful regarding 'non-smoking' rooms. Smoking is not allowed but quite often the locals just whipped out a cigi. and smoke regardless. If you enter a room and you smell cigi. smoke, just ask for a change of rooms. It's a bit silly in that it's supposedly to be non-smoking and they then leave an ashtray in the room. The staff of the hotel are excellent. Always polite and willing to assist. It's always good to see a happy smiling face as you enter the hotel.

The hotel can be more vigilant in enforcing non-smoking policy. I think the hotel is starting to show it's age. Everything, at the moment, are working fine but if you notice carefully, things are getting a bit worn. Unfortunately, for hotels anywhere, this is their cycle of life. It's up to the owners to start planning on when to refresh it's premises.

Spacious family room, good location, friendly staff

The hotel is starting to feel old and dated, carpets everywhere feel unhygienic, large local breakfast selection but not of great quality, some staff doesnt understand basic english, small and shaky beds
