Hotel Gerl

The staff is very nice and helpful. Thank you for upgrading us. And also, the breakfast buffet offers a large selection.

Nothing. However, it would have been better if they had checked the supplies in the room more regularly. On our last day, we realized that there was no shampoo left while we were taking a shower.

Brilliant staff, amazing facility, large rooms, great food!

Nothing

Staff very attentive and helpful. Very good facilities. Excellent food and drinks. Location is perfect - approx 5 mins from the airport yet you don’t feel it when you are there. Room comfortable, perfect size for a solo traveller. Lots of outdoor seating/lounging available. Very reasonable price for the quality of hospitality that you receive.

Unfortunately my room hadn’t been cleaned properly and there was a small area under the wardrobe area where there was dead bugs and cobwebs which appeared to show it hadn’t been cleaned properly in that part of the room for some time - this was promptly dealt with when I told staff. There were cobwebs in other parts of the room showing again a neglect on the cleaning side and a neglect for the finer details of cleaning. Small amounts of mould in the shower and a dent in the wall behind the door shows the small could probably do with a small refurbishment however still a comfortable room nonetheless. The floor of the indoor pool also looked dirty when I went to use making me reluctant to actually use it.

Pyszne śniadania, świetny basen, przyjemny ciepły hotel.
