It is located within the mountains with a nice view. The breakfast was filled with many choices and great food.
The carpet floor was bit worn off already. Same for the sink, which had many used marks / cracks. In general, the stay was expensive for just one night (although this might be a personal mistake to only stay for one night)

The location was perfect. Accessed via an hourly cogwheel train from GaPa made it very convenient. The hotel is well placed for local walks an gives you a sense of peace and quiet. The view of the mountain behind the hotel was a wonderful sight to wake up to! It was so good to have the pool to come back to after a day of walking/cable car riding!
Grainau is nearby but didn't have many restaurants open when we visited in Sept, and those that were open only accepted cash. So we ate at the hotel most nights. Food was good but it would have been nice to try other places. Hotel staff were very friendly but it would have been helpful if the hotel had some promo material that could explain all the hotel offers (ebikes, travel tips etc) we had to ask for everything. Rooms were a bit dated but had all we needed.

Wspaniałe miejsce! Pyszne, różnorodne śniadania. Świetny basen i strefa saun. I najważniejsze, doskonała lokalizacja tuż przy początku trasy do Höllentalklamm. Świetna baza wypadowa na Alpspitze i Zugspitze.
Łóżko pojedyncze w pokoju 3-osobowym było za wąskie i miało za twardy materac.

The location : close to Eibsee and to Garmisch. The bus and train stations are VERY close and free with the hotel.
Food was canteen quality, the common place is not cosy, not enough sights on the outside/ mountains, too impersonal.
