Hotel Stern Chur

Everything: spaceous and comfortable room, delicious food, lovely staff. Nothing was too mich trouble. We asked for a later check out which was granted and were even given a complimentary bottle of water for our journey. The dinner in the restaurant was wonderful.

Nothing

This is a lovely old building carefully maintained and with much charm and character. My single room was snug but very comfortable and attractive. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and kind. This is as good a hotel as I have ever stayed in.

Nothing

The room was very spacious with a nice little sitting area. The breakfast buffet was extensive and included local dishes. We enjoyed having a typical regional dinner at the hotel restaurant.

Our particular room was pretty far from the elevator and required walking up a few steps while there were lots of rooms on the same level of the elevator floors.

Localisation is excellent and the hotel personel is really friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a historical building which does have its soul. The breakfast was very good, there was a nice selection of local food. I recommend the place especially for the hotel staff, which was really friendly. When I mentioned some issues with my room, the hotel staff was very understanding and helpful. They went further then I expected with resolving this issue so I am sure everyone in the future can be satisfied with their services.
