Cleanliness standards may need some refreshing to our opinion. Build up of dust behind TV and on surfaces.

Location is great. Good functional hotel. Staff were friendly. Check-In was easy..

There was nothing major to fault, but everything seemed to be bare minimum. e.g. I stayed for 2 nights. There was a Nespresso Coffee Machine but there was just 2 Nespresso capsules and they didn't add any during the stay. The shower gel was empty. Breakfast was adequate, but nothing that would make you say "that's nice"

Good location, close to local tourist attractions and tram stops/train station for public transport. Staff were lovely, accommodating, welcoming and always willing to help. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

We’ve stayed in another NH hotel in another country and found the breakfast at this one lacking. Multiple varieties of egg but no bacon on hot food selection, salad at breakfast? And limited fruit selection. They did cook bacon to cater for someone in our party with allergies which was much appreciated but would’ve liked it on the main buffet. The hotel restaurant also wasn’t open for dinner in the evening which we would’ve found convenient but did have a very small bar food menu. Due to nature of the atrium like reception we found the noise travelled a lot from the bar area to our room on the 3rd floor which considering the rooms were advertised as ‘sound proof’ we didn’t find to be true.
