We enjoyed all the restaurants and the breakfast buffet and dinner. We didn't eat lunch. The staff was fabulous and helpful and fun. The jungle and cenote were stunning and made the hotel so beautiful. The beach area was great and a great job was done on the beach with the sargasum.
The room was very small and the pool could have been cleaner.

Very nice beach, good drinks and breakfast. Wild animals and beautiful birds.
Moody staff at the front desk (reception) could be better food options.

The staff were so absolutely amazing! So friendly! Food was great!
I wish they selfserve coffee at the buffet. Lactose free options would be a plus too.

It was comfortable and relaxing
They never refilled the mini bar, there was no water, we had to get the water from a fountain. Restaurants being strict about reservations even tho it wasn't busy at All. Ice cream parlor open for 2 hrs only.
