Hotel, service, food and drink were all excellant.
The Legendary (vacation club) Presentation / interaction with their staff was frustrating and wasting about half a day of our holiday.

Los restaurantes de especialidad UMO y TAI , son excelentes! Especialmente mención al mesero Nicolás , excelente atención sobretodo la ultima semana antes de salir del hotel
Tiene un programa de lealtad llamada Legendary, las personas encargadas de mostrarlo , son francamente hostigadores , insistentes en que les compre su plan vacacional me hicieron perder 2 horas , y lo llevan a un lugar a con un gancho de un premio! Es una falta de respeto cuando uno les dice q no ! Es simplemente NO

It was clean
Food quality wasn’t very good. Verity wasn’t satisfying. We were there for 7 days and we had exact same thing every day.

Beach protected from the waves
The room was not clean, sand under the beds, they never move them to deep clean, the walls were dirty, the jacuzzi had yellow and red stains, asked them to clean it they never showed up, no hand soap, asked for one never got one, slow checking/out (when in a hurry), food was nothing great, drinks are ok.
