The staff are truly a credit to the hotel and deserve special recognition for their excellent service. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to the entire team for making us feel so welcome and for adding a special touch to our stay. We left with wonderful memories and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay at the Dead Sea.

Nothing

Excellent resort hotel with everything that you need. Private beach on Dead Sea, which is also not too busy. Complex very well kept and staff very helpful.

Great apartment with amazing views

Thank you for a wonderful stay! The pool was spotless and well-maintained, and the overall facilities (gym, restaurant, front desk) reflected a high level of service and attention to detail. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole atmosphere made the stay genuinely comfortable.

Unfortunately, the stay didn’t meet expectations in terms of cleanliness. The room had visible dust and clear signs it wasn’t properly cleaned before check-in, and the bathroom needed more attention. Even after requesting housekeeping, the response was slow and the cleanliness issues weren’t fully addressed.
