Loved the location in a hidden courtyard just a three minute walk from the old streets. It’s like an old movie set. The original lift is wonderful. Very quiet and our room was huge (16). Don’t be put off by the dated appearance, it’s spotless. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the staff helpful and friendly. Definitely worth booking.

Spotless! Cleanest bathroom, bed sheets were sparkling white and fresh, ironed and the towels were soft and white, good value for,the money

The location was near old Naples and cobbled streets plus Metro and buses nearby
it is living off faded glory and on verge of tatty and in need of refurbishment

We could leave our luggage after check out and checked in earlier. The lift was cool
Very disappointing stay. The hotel feels old and poorly maintained — the toilet paper holder fell off at the first touch. We were also asked to pay in cash instead of through Booking.com, allegedly due to a technical issue. There is also a strip club right next to the hotel, which guests should be aware of before booking.
