Amazingly beautiful old building, just 10 minutes walk on the flat from the main train station (with luggage). The hosts were charming, genuinely welcoming and helpful. Our room, spacious and voluminous, had the most beautiful frescoed ceiling.
Once inside the building, there are a significant number of stairs (105 i think i counted), to get to the actual hotel; there is no lift. Best is to leave your big bags at the entrance and the lovely people will provide you with a key to the locked storeroom on the ground level. There we left our big bags and just worked with hand luggage.

Amazing place to stay in Genoa! I really enjoyed everything. Such a welcoming place, very cozy and people working there are so friendly, also location is great. Highly recommended!
