Great location with easy access to Villa Valeria, bars and restaurants. Easy parking, big room for Rome, great shower pressure and comfortable bed.
The property was once beautiful but is a little dated and run down. The room for example had a broken bar fridge (hanging off the wall) that could only fit small drinks. The price was expensive for what it was but reasonable for a hotel in Rome.

Very spacious rooms with everything needed for a week in Rome, really helpful and friendly staff. Air-conditioning was good.
Bidet drain was broken upon arrival and had to be dislodged manually, public bathroom in basement looked like it had security camera pointing at toilet, but maybe it was an alarm sensor, looked a little scary so I turned it the other way.

The building was very nice and pleasant although with many stairs. The staff was pleasant although not very forthcoming.
The lift on the main building was not working, which was most inconvenient with baggages. Breakfast was good but not exceptional and didn't have many choices. Bathroom was very small and stuffy.
