The location was absolutely perfect. Few minutes from Arsenale which is very convenient for airport transfer and simply in the heart of venice everything is within a few walks. Could make the best of my 2 days stay 🫶🏼
Also lost my phone charger in the city and they were kind to land me one which really saved me since I travelled alone and could go nowhere without maps!
The room decoration was also stunning in green wallpaper

Location, view , staff , lift .
Bathroom badly in need of an upgrade Shower over bath, no grab rail so felt unsafe. Toilet seat needs replacing

The residence is in a great location close to where tours begin and to the public ferries. There were cafes and restaurants close by. The staff were very helpful and our room had a great view of the canal.
When we had stayed previously there was a lovely breakfast included but this has now stopped, which was disappointing.
