While advertised as bedroom with sleeper couch- there was no couch, rather a small plastic sleeper bed. Too small for an adult and extremely uncomfortable. Secondly while advertising a shuttle and in fact ai contacted them prior to arriving regarding the shuttle to he told it can be arranged once I arrive. There I was told they haven’t provided a shuttle service for years.

reception staff is pleasant and happy to help with any question we had, breakfast is ok, location is ok, if you travel by car (to reach center, the best way is to leave car at Guidone T2,parking is cheap and then use T2 to reach center ~ 7 stations)
Rooms could be cleaner (we had big stain on carpet in the middle of room), also there is no door in bathroom but sliding glass panel which was noisy.
Moreover, if there are too many guests in hotel, getting up/down could take a while because there are only two elevators,you could use stairs which are outside towards pool - but not maintened
