Wonderful staff and everyone was so helpful and answered all our questions. Rooms were excellent size especially for a week stay. The breakfast was good and the staff in the breakfast room showed us how to fill our croissants and were so cheerful.
The drain in shower was slow to drain.

Spacious and clean room, Very friendly and helpful staff esp. mention to Herr Stepano ,Andreas and the night duty staff ..Thanks !! Location is perfect for the day tour..Nice breakfast . you have everything what you need! I will definitely be back here in my next holiday..

The hotel staff were very friendly. Stefano and his team were excellent from start to finish. The hotel was very clean and well presented and in my opinion perfectly placed just out of the busy center.

Very quiet due to double windows even though right on the main road. Large rooms, good value.
Breakfast was ok but not great. Farther out from the center than I thought, not really walkable for us and bus service in Sorrento was a little confusing. Got a “family “ double room that we didn’t need by mistake, but that’s mainly due to an unclear booking.com website.
