Beautiful setting

Breakfast very basic

We had a nice deck with a view over the garden and small view of the sea. Breakfast was very good. Pool was beautiful and clean.

The air conditioning was very poor in our room. The hallway carpet was quite stained, as were the hallway walls.

Very accommodating, great pool, good breakfast buffet

The first night we were on the first floor (2nd story) and it was very noisy from street noise. They moved us to the 4th floor in the back and it was much quieter, so all good!

The buffet breakfast was good. The location was an easy walk to the main centre. Some of the staff were extremely lovely and clearly working very hard with a friendly demeanour - particularly Giuseppe in the bar.

The amount of mosquitos in all the outdoor areas. The noise from the music at the pool bar that went past 11pm most nights. The slow response from staff for basic amenities. It was clear there was a lack of communication between the various departments. The laundry was very expensive. Some of the reception staff seemed irritated by standard requests and not willing to help. A couple of them I would even describe as quite rude - even though I had basic Italian and tried to converse as much as I could. The changing area by the pool had no toilet paper or hand soap and was quite dirty.
