The hotel was in a great location. Positano has a lot of stairs, but luckily the hotel wasn’t too far down, so getting around was quite easy. The service was amazing too. The staff were super friendly and helped us with everything we needed.
For over $1,500 per night, I expected more. Water, spa and sauna were all extra, the breakfast was quite limited, and the room cleaning could have been better. It’s a beautiful hotel, but the overall experience didn’t fully match the price.

Me and my daughter really enjoyed our three-night stay here. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the views were absolutely stunning. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The pool and jacuzzis were an added bonus and made the stay even more relaxing. Overall, a truly memorable stay that we would be delighted to repeat.

Conveniently located in Positano, as a bonus it has an elevator so you’re not carrying luggage up and down stairs, and has an entrance suited for taxi pickup/drop-off. Lots of food options close by also.
I had an issue with the property not registering my stay from booking. Thankfully they had a room available, but I’m not sure whose fault the initial error was considering I had already been charged the full amount of stay. The hotel did offer a massage to make up for it.
