100% sprawdzonych opinii8 / 10Doskonały·wrz 2026
The location was excellent very central. Easy bus journey from the airport, short walk from bus stop
Unfortunately although we both left the do not disturb/clean the room on both Thu and Fri she came in to clean, which was frustrating as we specifically didn't want that.

The location is excellent, the reception is very helpful, the room is very clean.
The bathroom is very poor . Shower needs a shelf to put soap or shampoo on. Shower area and bathroom need to be modernized. Also plugs.

Best thing is the staff. Very helpful, very welcoming; especially if you it is your first time in Italy, I strongly recommend this hotel.

This place makes its $ bc it’s in a great location
The night staff was okay on check in but the overnight staff wouldn’t provide the wofi password then come to find out it only works in certain areas not 510. There seem to be similar reviews during festivals
Wi-Fi didn’t work in room only when you got in bot to go to lobby bed wss itch scratch long Johns style and so uncomfortable . While it wss large it needs a major update including the ability to turn the AC on. 23 had to open the rooms bc the AC would go below 23 math it..
