This a return for me , staying at Hotel Gran Duca . I like that has nice size rooms that are spotless , great towels and the staff are so helpful

As always, excellent location, very nice and help some staff. The breakfast is as expected on a 4-star Italian hotel. No complains.
As written before. Parking has increasingly become a nightmare. You have to be lucky to find a suitable place in the surroundings of the hotel. However, since we have been guests at this particular hotel for decades, the staff was been most generous to us this year and handed over one of their privat places for our disposal. Fantastic. However, it does not solve the chronic problem. Thus, park your car in aonther area of the city and take a taxi to the hotel.

I lived the d-world charm of this hotel. The location is fantastic and the staff are very warm, welcoming and go out of their way to assist you. I was going to the port the following morning and the staff were so helpful, they offered to print out my ferry ticket and arranged a taxi for me to get to the port on time.

Great location close to the city center and ferry boat. Private parking at the back of the hotel. Helpful staff.
Not a 4 stars hotel anymore. Need a good refurbishment.
