this was the best hotel room, it was located just steps away from the hot air balloons. Most people had to pay to go to the path, but the path was just outside our door, the staff was exceptional, we had a wonderful time.

The staffs were super helpful. We didn’t realise we actually booked the best situated hotel with a superb vantage point! People had to pay to go through the road, we had free access. We got free genius breakfast and it was unexpectedly good !! Very recommended !
I was on crutches and no transportation could go up to the reception / lobby and that was very inconvenient considering how steep the roads are.
Also there’s a bathtub for shower but I’d rather have a walk-in shower.

Excellent location just below a well-known viewpoint. You can reach it within a few minutes from the hotel, making it an ideal spot for watching the hot-air balloons. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent, with a stunning view over Göreme and the surrounding landscape. Since the hotel is located in a steep part of town, be prepared for some uphill walking. It is also a great starting point for hiking trails.
One small point: not every guest comes to Göreme to take a hot-air balloon flight. Some of us visit mainly to enjoy the scenery, watch the balloons from the ground, and explore the hiking trails, so it might be nice if this was taken into account when offering activities or recommendations.

Excellent location with easy free parking up the Hill. You have to pass the guard that guards the way to the viewpoint of the balloons. Excellent breakfast too with achanging options day after day.
In fact my score is low unfortunately due to the poor batch room facilities because for the rest this is an excellent place to stay. But if I say poor in fact it is terrible, really dirty dirty bath / douche flowing out of it water all over the floor. This really needs replacement and spoils the for the rest excellent stay and location. I wonder how this remains approved this way.
