Very poor selection of Buffet Breakfast for 14€.

The melon was perfectly ripened and the bacon, ham and turkey were good as well. The coffee was excellent and the tablecloths made the eating space feel clean.
The breakfast had a good assortment overall, however the scrambled eggs were too dry both days. The mini chocolate croissants were also quite dry. The juices were not fresh squeezed and were watered down.

Location - Right in the smack of city and within walking distance to many places.
Price was reasonable.
Room is good size and clean with a balcony across the street. Good for photo taking at balcony. Big check-in lobby.
There were emails to offer pick-up and send off services - better customer service than the ones in person.
Can be noisy at night if you need to sleep early before 11pm but didn’t bother us.
Receptionist (ladies) were barely audible and had very low energy level, not very welcoming.
Overseas TV channels didn’t work properly - bad reception.
Fridge requires you to turn a key to open and close properly and no water provided at all.

- Great location, central so made for a good base to see the main sights and was also convenient for meals, etc.
- Clean and good sized rooms.
- Requested a baby crib ahead of time but hotel was not able to provide due to lack of availability and did not inform of this ahead of time. Was told at the front desk that the entire hotel only has a 1 or 2 available so while I appreciate the hotel states it would try to accomodate the request no evidence was shown on the hotel trying to accomodate.
- Poor breakfast choice.
