Friendly staff, great breakfast, location was good for us, because we didn't want to drive in the old city, and it is very clean. The view from our windows was totally on the old city -wonderful!

The bathtub/shower is high for older people to get in . The room is a little tight. The power outlet are very low, 8" from the floor. Very inconvenient to charge phones and boil water for coffee. The coffee is not good for a hotel charging that kind of fees - instant coffee, instead of something like a Nespresso.

I needed to recover from an exhausting week in Madrid and was the right choice. The bed and sheets are wonderful! The receptionist Carmen was mega attentive. Nice views of Toledo

A good location overlooking Toledo, which was easy to access via bus, a couple of minutes walk away, or taxi ( about 5 euros ). The secure garage parking is an added bonus and I would certainly recommend use of the same. The room we were allocated was spacious and had a great view of the city. Breakfast was a very good selection. the lack of a restaurant / bar in the evening, even though room service was available 20.30 to 22.30 would discourage me from using the hotel again, as you do not always wish to eat out.

Further, given the congestion / choice of food at breakfast, what is the logic behind no restaurant in the evening?
