Clean and good size rooms. Location also good for entry in to city.
No parking was available - they said there was not even space for a motorbike so had to use public parking. Not ideal when having to carry bags wearing motorcycle clothing

We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, the staff very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel also has a great location, making it easy to explore Vitoria-Gasteiz. Highly recommended!

Nice location, pleasant staff in hotel.
No free water, it was in a can in the fridge and had to be purchased for 2.5 euros. I asked about drinking water and was told that I needed to let the tap water settle for a few minutes to allow the chemicals to settle. Surely if that is the case they should provide drinking water.
Breakfast was limited.
