Great experience. Clean hotel. Extremely friendly staff. Didn’t meet a single unhappy staff member - all happy to help with anything. Nice location with a small walk in to town. Lovely pools and great little kids pool for toddlers. Probably a bit small for bigger kids but great for my 3 year old.
There wasn’t much to complain about.

Overall, the food is plentiful and varied. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. The rooms are well soundproofed, so you can’t hear any loud noise from outside or inside. The air conditioning works well. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the beach.
The swimming pools (both for adults and children) are actually very small given the large number of rooms the hotel has. As a result, they are always crowded. The family rooms aren’t actually that big; apart from the two beds, there isn’t much room for anything else. I think the family rooms could be more affordable in that respect. The food is varied but could be of better quality.

Reception staff were nice
I had a mold in my room and didn’t get any discount for that so I have to share , they changed my room when i had been sleeping in it for 2 days with child , also didn’t like they could not offer duvet only blankets ,
