Boutique hotel that combines a historic building tastefully modernised to create a very pleasing aesthetic.
Luxurious with being excessively formal. Good in house restaurant and comfortable and stylish pool area.
Rooms not over generous for the rates,in particular we had a single wardrobe which also accommodated the safe and shelves leaving insufficient hanging for a 3/4 dress.

Fantastic staff at the hotel, nice pool area.
The hotel needs some updating or finishing, i.e the lifts looked like they were for commercial use not guests, not a good first impression.
The staff at the restaurant in the evening were not attentive or friendly. and not a good atmosphere.
The price for breakfast was very expensive at 35 euros although they did offer a discount at check in of 5 euros (This obviously tells you that people are not booking breakfast as its too expensive.)

Almost everything. Very professional and helpful staff. Very nice gardens around the swimming pool. Breakfast was of high quality and abundant.
My suggestion is some practical issues such as where to hang towels to be close to the user when needed.

The location of the Hotel is great, the architecture of the building and their private Garden is beautiful, the staff is also very friendly
The Facility doesn‘t meet the 5 Star Hotel. If the garden is open for guests, and especially the Spa, somebody from the staff should be there present. The room wasn‘t properly cleaned from the painting work, the bathroom is a bit outdated and the pipes and tiles work don‘t seem like in a 5 Star Hotel. The staff didin‘t ask us how we felt when we were leaving..
