Surprisingly quiet room. Very spacious and super clean. The only noise was an exterior door that automatically closed and was a bit loud but the door was not used much after 10 pm. Great location. Shower was really nice with instant hot water and great pressure.

Excellent location, we loved staying in the Gracia neighborhood. The room was very clean and spacious, and felt like a decent hotel room even though technically student accommodation and felt very worth the price.
Beds were a little hard, and there was a large metal door stopper in the bathroom right in front of the toilet that caught toes a couple of times. We didn’t find the staff the friendliest, but nothing to really complain about and overall the good outweighed the bad.

Room was right next to the elevator so we could hear everyone passing and talking.
Since it's a resident it's crowded and loud.
Beds were not comfortable and there is a lot of water noise coming from the pipes.
