Excellent location in centre opposite San Telmo bus station to airport and many towns on island. Reception staff very helpful, luggage storage and excellent breakfast with view of the adjacent park.

We stay in this hotel 5 or 6 times a year every year and it is always an enjoyable experience. The staff are friendly and it is very clean and comfortable. I normally love staying here

I was taken seriously ill towards the end of our stay and an ambulance had to be called. The night time receptionist was very unhelpful.. When I returned from the hospital we told him we had to leave a day early. His response of "OK" was not unexpected at this point. When we checked out a couple of hours later he was also very unhelpful. I could barely carry myself, let alone my rucksack but at no point did he offer to call a taxi so that I wouldn´t have to cross the busy road and walk to the taxi rank. I am very surprised by this as the receptionists are normally lovely and very helpful. We left with a bad feeling. Extremely disappointed and more than a little upset
