Staff really pleasant and helpful. Rooms nice, good breakfast and easy parking. There is also a bus stop opposite if you don't have a car. It's not really a 4 star hotel but it isn't priced as one so that wasn't a problem.
Facilities not as extensive as suggested - there is no laundry on site but you can pay to have it done. Sauna/spa costs extra and seems to be little used. The walk to the beach is quite short (15 mins) but a bit hairy as there is no pedestrian path. We didn't try the evening buffet as we found we could eat cheaper by the beach.

Location, cleaning every day, fast response and supportiveness by reception
Parking spots are not marked, wind conditions, too fat on regular breakfast food (oil usage or something else), not good coffee, not cleaning of tables immediatelly after people being finished with food

The location is far from downtown and the port so that makes it a good place to relax outside of the touristic area. Main southern beaches are walking distance ranging from 15 mins to 60 mins
The breakfast, despite abundant, is mediocre in terms of quality, and the coffee in particular is not good. Reception personnel was helpful and friendly but the one at the breakfast area was not welcoming.
Besides this the hotel has wooden plaques on main windows, and many are left unattached either by guests or when empty, and then tend to slam often due to the wind creating unpleasant frequent noises.
