Uplifting colours, comfortable room, clean towels every day, great breakfast, including early morning. Kind staff, although it seems that some spoke neither English nor French, which surprised us.

My husband found the low archways, eg between the reception and the lift /stairs /restaurant, a bit annoying as he had to duck each time. He is tall but not the tallest by any means. Also at the end there was confusion about our taxi to the airport. We asked for a taxi at 7:15 but apparently it arrived much earlier and we were told we should take it at 7:00 which meant we were a bit rushed at the end.

The room cleaner was great and the Kitchen staff. The receptionist not satisfactory

I was given a small room oppose to my booking and my request to change it was not done throughout the 3 days. This is not a good service since accommodation is the main purpose of staying in an hotel.

Very well run. Friendly and helpful staff both at reception and in the restaurant.

It all seemed to work well.

Location of the property is great, it’s only 5 mins walk to Hassan Tower on a quiet road. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good which included fresh omelet. Fortunately Air Con was good too. Staff at the reception was polite and helpful.

Bathroom flooded - After three days of travelling through the Sahara, I was really looking forward to taking a proper shower. Unfortunately, the bathroom flooded, the water kept overflowing from the shower area and spreading all over the bathroom floor. Old taxi - We booked the taxi service through the hotel and paid a fairly high price for it. However, the taxi was extremely old, possibly around 20 years old, and, unfortunately, it didn’t have air conditioning, which made the journey quite uncomfortable.
