The staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. The Riad was peaceful, a quiet haven from the busy souks. It was the perfect distance away, not far to walk but not in the thick of it. There was a good selection for breakfast, on the 2nd day we had to get a mini bus early, the staff packed it in containers to take away which was lovely of them to do so and the day after they brought it up to us on the roof terrace, nothing was too much trouble.

The shower was not great, not much water coming out of it but we were on the top floor. The pillow was too flat for me but I asked for a 2nd one and it was provided, so not much to complain about really.

We had a wonderful stay at Riad L'Orchidée Suites & Spa and can't recommend it highly enough. The location is ideal: right in the heart of the medina, yet tucked away in a quiet area, so you're close to everything but can still enjoy a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always attentive, helpful and genuinely kind. The level of hospitality was outstanding, and the comfort of the riad made it easy to relax after exploring the city. It's the ideal choice for a stay in Marrakech: comfortable, high quality, and not expensive. Excellent value for money. We would happily return.

Location and super friendly staff.

The only orchid was in the sign 🤣. Pillows were a little large for our liking.

Amazing Riad in a very central location near the main Souk market, with lovely rooms and a peaceful terrace. The breakfast was delicious and authentic. Mohamed and Faysal were extremely kind and helpful and made our stay very comfortable. We definitely recommend it, and will for sure come back.
