Lovely view. Great location fabulous building.

The rooms at this beautiful guesthouse are fantastic: clean, comfortable, coffee machine, cotton buds, cotton wool balls, robes, slippers and Love Hearts sweets (my favourite sweets!). Gorgeous breakfast too and lovely hosts, Sue and Paul.

It was a great place to stay , location close to train service to Belfast , presentation of property , attentiveness of the host , to be honest could not fault this property and staff .
Absolutely nothing we did not like

Great location, host was very friendly and hospitable.
Unfortunately there was a fusty smell from the curtains of smoke, there was rubbish still in the bin upon arrival, there was some dirt behind the kettle, and the shower went hot and cold and between little pressure and a lot of pressure.
