Lovely hotel, always very friendly and accommodating. New addition of a gym which I took advantage of. Well decorated and very comfortable hotel.

Lovely location. Beds are really comfortable. Generous spacious room. Newly refurbished
Limited choice of vegetarian food in the restaurant. Lacked slight attention to detail for example it was a twin room but only one chair provided. The bathroom was accessible, but lacking a shower seat for disabled use and a lack of storage in the bathroom.

The room was comfortable. It was very warm in there and only one window was able to be opened. The bed was comfortable but I hated the pillows . 1 was too low and 2 were too high. I woke with a stiff neck.
Plenty of choice at breakfast
A choice of feather pillows would be desirable as I do not like the other kind. Also there should have been a non slip mat available.
The breakfast was ok, but the toaster was positively dangerous. The lever wouldn't go up and down and it was impossible to hold the toaster still, as it was very hot. The plates should be in a warmer as the food quickly got cold.
