How friendly and helpful the staff were. Especially Donna in the breakfast restaurant

Rooms were a little chilly

Staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful period building that has recently been professionally renovated.

Cold bedroom. Mattress needed replacing.

Have stayed before and suits us for visiting the beach and the Theatre.

Room temperature wasn’t really warm enough as chilly in the Evening as no central heating on, we used the heater provided but not ideal. The tv wasn’t really big enough for the size of the room.

The location & parking

The room had two badly cracked windows . The sash windows were both broken, solidly jammed & unable to be open or closed at will . The hot tap knob was unattached & came away in your hand when using the shower .There was no grab handle in the shower & made it extremely dangerous whenever getting in or out of the shower . The shower head was unadjustable & shot out at all angles rather than over your body . The hot tap in the sink was fitted so that you had to turn it clockwise to turn it on , which is against the norm . The door to the room internally was covered in old stickers & bits of old tape . When I told the concierge about the dangerous windows he came & confirmed they were & said they would be fixed . One was laughably repaired but the other not at all .
