Convenient location and clean room, this is my second stay at hotel and the room I stayed in was very cramped, only one pillow and no cup or mug to go with kettle, another gripe which is not the hotels fault guests leaving at 03-20 banging and clumping around

Check in was very good with all information that you needed and friendly staff,
Room was a good size with kettle, microwave and fridge, Bathroom was a bit small but ok,
Had a room at the rear of the hotel so no road noise.
Would book again if in the area.
We were staying here while working so it suited us, possibly if you're on holiday and likely to spend more time in room
then a bigger room would be better

The staff was amazing, very welcoming. I had a lot of questions knowing it was my first time in London, to which they responded very well. You have a lot of stores and restaurants around
But the cleaning was very brief or not even present. The only thing was that, they rearranged my bed and that’s all. No new towel, no new sheets and especially, I had to kill a cockroach (which I let there on purpose to see if they would clean up, and they didn’t).
This is not about the hotel itself but the people, are so loud. At 2 am I was hearing deep conversations between the people, because they don’t realize that in the hotel there are other people.

Good location. Lovely staff.
The road is noisy - it had constant traffic all night with a lot of sirens - it must be a connecting road. Single glaze panels meant that it was loud. Older building so could hear every step the person above made. But, you get what you pay for! It worked for one night!
