Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington

Amazing location and great value for money in the area

Very clean tidy and very well presented

The staffs are really helpful. They helped us recover a lost baggage in a quick and prompt manner.

It’s bit dated in the lobby area.

Comfortable bed, nice and central neighbourhood. They come to refresh the room every day

A bit old, the bathroom was a bit moldy and coulf have been cleaned better

The location was great.

The reception staff came across as rude and very dismissive when we asked about an early check in, as agreed via email. I appreciate this was ‘subject to availability’ however I had hoped that we would have been emailed prior to our arrival that this option, which we had provisionally paid for, was not likely. Concierge were looking at their phone/texting when we approached and took a minute or two before we were acknowledged. The rooms were very hot and the air conditioning was very poor.
