Great property with awesome views and location in the north just touching the salad beach.
Loved my stay and stayed for 6 nights basically my entire stay of phangan as I extended post the first 4nights instead of changing hotel.
The property is aging and crying for maintenance.
Staff on reception can be a little friendly than they are.
Charging points are a problem but that's with most of Thailand

Good location, helpful staff when motorbike hire was required. Nice peaceful room. Great balcony to chill on overlooking the sea as we were higher up. Very steep hills up to the higher rooms so wouldn’t recommend if you have mobility issues. Good massage place a short walk up the beach and a laundry place very close by which was cheap and great. The complex is dated but clean and everything worked fine. Aircon was great!!
My nemesis the mosquito. Large pond onsite and the mozzies had a good old chew on me when sat outside and walking near the main building. You need a scooter to get around really as there only a few local beach bars. The hills are steep round the place though! Limited facilities and no brekky included.

חדרים ענקיים! חצר פרטית עם בריכה ו2 ביתנים (חדרים) חוף סאלאד מושלם עם מסעדות מסאז'ים טובים וים עם מים רדודים לילדים.
בחדרים אין וילונות הצללה אז יקיצה טבעית ונעימה (בשבילנו חיובי) פייר לא רצינו לצאת אבל היה צורך לאכול לפעמים
המסעדה מתחת לכל ביקורת. הצוות בקבלה היה לא ממש נעים.
מוניות מבחוץ היו זולות ונגישות יותר מהמונית של המלון שצריכה לאסוף אנשים לפני יציאה.
כל יציאה זה טיול במוניות יקרות יחסית אז רכב למשפחה או טוסטוס לזוג או משהו..

The hotel offered good sized rooms at an affordable price
The location was a bit out of the way and located on a very steep hill. The hotel would not be good for anyone with mobility issues
