The hotel is in great neighborhood, the location is premium, most of the places I wanted to visit were within a walking distance. The hotel was always neat.

the rooms are clean. location is nice, but noisy area.
rooms with view are super noisy during the weekend. during day and night till morning. rooms without view have noise from AC machines. poor breakfast quality.
not very friendly staff. there are much better hotels in the area with same price.
