Amazing view and nice experience for short stay

A bit old fashioned for a 5 star hotel

I loved everything about my stay at the hotel.Everthing at the hotel was excellent.

There wasn't a single thing i didn't like about the hotel.

Excellent hotel with very clean facilities and outstanding service. A special thanks to Ingin, who truly goes above and beyond to take care of guests and ensure they have a pleasant stay. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for customers made a real difference. Highly recommended, and I would gladly stay here again.

Sometimes the card didn't workThe only minor issue I experienced was that the room key card occasionally did not work properly, which was a bit inconvenient. However, this did not significantly affect my overall stay.

The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was good and offered a reasonable variety of food. We also appreciated the hotel’s facilities, SPA and the spacious rooms. The hotel has good potential and it is clear that it was designed as a high-level property.

Unfortunately, the current condition of the hotel does not fully meet the standard I would expect from a five-star property. We found a live cockroach in our first room and, after being moved to another higher-category room, we found another live cockroach there as well. As a result, we had to change rooms and lost a significant amount of sleep over two nights. There are also signs that the hotel needs renovation and better maintenance: some chairs have damaged upholstery, some doors do not close properly, and there are various worn or damaged details. The cleanliness of the SPA and changing rooms was also not always at the expected level, with hair and dirt visible on some occasions. The hotel kindly offered us a bottle of wine and some fruit as compensation, which we appreciated, but this did not really compensate for the inconvenience. In my opinion, the hotel currently feels closer to a four-star property than a five-star one.
