Wonderful location, great views over the town and just 10 minutes up to the sunrise/sunset viewpoint. It is genuinely built into the hillside.
Quiet - away from the bars downhill - but still close to bars/restaurants and shops.
The cave rooms are lovely, especially Room 101.
The breakfast is generous with a nice range of warm and cold food, eating it on the roof terrace was nice.
Staff - especially Sami - are friendly and helpful.
There are small maintenance issues and it could do with a bit of an upgrade in places - there are a few wires & pipes, door hinges needing oiled etc.
They are a little slow in answering messages and none of the staff offered help with booking balloon rides even when we mentioned we were looking to organise one.
We asked in advance if they could combine two bookings of 2 nights & 1 extra night to stay in the same room for all 3 nights but they didn’t and we had to move rooms.

Lovely vave rooms with gorgeous views. Friendly staff.
There was nothing to dislike, but it's worth noting that it is on a hill. However, the whole area is hilly, so to be expected.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was charming, and the location was good, on top of a hill with nice views and very close to the center of Göreme.
The staff, especially the receptionist, were amazing: incredibly kind and always helpful. Their hospitality really stood out.
The only downside was the room. We had booked a 20 m² double room, but the room we received felt much smaller than expected. The bathroom was also outdated and showed signs of wear and tear, and overall cleanliness was not perfect. The shower was located right next to the toilet and there was no separate shower enclosure. We had to shower directly on the bathroom floor, which meant that water would spread across the entire bathroom after every shower.
Considering the price we paid, the room did not feel fair value.
