The room and overall hotel facilities were upkept super clean. The location is also very good - 2 min walk to the beach, shops, cafes, and a bus stop. The staff was very polite and professional. The food was very good and there was enough variety for lunch and dinner. I have to also note that the room was quite large and bed was comfy. I had a great holiday at this hotel!
Wi-fi was not strong and was dropping in some parts of the hotel. The quality of the drink is quite low - I appreacite that all all inclusive hotels do not provide high quality drinks but the so called "cocktails" were really terrible coming out of a plastic pre-mixed bottle. Based on the price I paid I would expect more.

Location. Cleanliness
The noise from the adjoining rooms was terrible. I could hear everything and they were speaking at normal level. I don’t think this is even legal as I could hear them using the toilet and brushing their teeth.

Love the location. Adults only reasonably priced hotel.
Lifeguards are inconsistent with rules causing upset to people at pool area

Good location
The drinks service was so slow and cocktails were disappointing, it would take about 20minutes to make a cocktail for it to be just juice and so much ice. There was also loads of ants in our room
